**Project Planner**

Our client, a leading interior design company, are in search of an experienced **Project Planner** to join their well-established team in Tyrone.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Support the Project Management Office function by creating and managing project plans throughout the entire Project lifecycle using ERP system
- Pro-actively review the plan with the necessary departments to ensure everyone is working to the latest information
- Continually monitor and record Project progress to ensure the Project Plan is always up to date
- Work with the Project Manager to ensure the Project Team is aware of the time commitments
- Highlight any risks to the schedule as early as identified and put mitigation plan in place if necessary
- Participate in and chair regular Project meetings
- Communicate Weekly and Monthly KPIs to the PMO Team
- Drive continuous improvement by regularly reviewing processes and implementing change where necessary
- Require 3rd Level qualification
- Have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Previous Sage experience is essential
- Require knowledge in MS Project/ Excel/ in advanced reporting
- Ability to work unsupervised and part of a team
- Prove organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan, organise and control daily workload

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Dungannon and South Tyrone: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
