**Full Job Description**
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly expanding company in the Rutland area supplying automation equipment to the construction industry.
We are looking for someone who has experience of purchase and sales ledger to provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative and financial service.
You must be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to prioritise workload in a systematic and organised manner within required timescales.
You will be required to have good attention to detail, use your initiative and be a great team player. You will also need a confident and professional telephone manner.
**As the Accounts/ Admin Assistant your duties will be**:
Process/ input purchase invoices to the purchase ledger.
Reconcile supplier statements
Raise sales invoices
Maintain accurate manual and computerised records as appropriate.
General Administrative duties.
Assisting the Director of Finance in other tasks as required.
Any other duties as and when required.
**Salary**: £20,500.00-£22,500.00 per year
