Citiguard Security is a Security and Facilities management company which provides services nationwide.

We are looking to recruit an Mobile response driver and Supervisor to join our team located at the head office in Harrow London.
The Main duties of the role will include but are not limited to - conducting Mobile patrols, lock up's on clients property's - responding to alarm calls within your area. You will also assist in the general operations of the business at night, So taking calls from the control room and assisting in issues that may have arisen. (this could be giving advice to speaking to officers or attending sites or escalating issues through the correct management structure). As well as conducting prescheduled site spot / welfare checks.

The purpose of the role is to ensure the timely reaction to alarms in a predefined area and also have a member of our team monitoring and able to react to or escalate if required to issues and incidents. Alongside updating and following the company’s systems / procedures to show what has happened that night.

**Key Duties (but not limited to)**:

- Assist the operations department to ensure check calls are conducted,
- To ensure that reports are received and collated for alarm calls.
- Instruct the Update of relevant systems to our control room in regards to changes required.
- Driving and patrolling.
- Reporting on incidents.
- Reporting site visits and also on failures within the network.
- Taking calls from officers and Clients or advising our control room on a correct course of action.
- A professional telephone manner with an excellent standard of spoken and written English
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a pressurised environment
- Good IT skills (full training will be given on our in-house software)
- Thorough with attention to detail
- Flexible and willing to learn

Hours of work are 4 on 4 off shift pattern 12 hour shifts.

Salary up to £24,250
- **SIA DS license (minimum of 1 year before expiry).**
- **Full Valid British Driving License (manual)**
- **Right to work in the UK (20-hour work visas will not suitable).**
- **Basic Computer skills.**
- **Ability to make reactive decisions.**
- **Excellent spoken and written English skills.**

**Salary**: £24,250.00 per year
