This role will act as first point of contact for employees and take ownership of managing each People related query to conclusion in order to deliver a positive employee experience.

Main duties include;
- Completing a range of people-related advisory tasks and processes covering the employment lifecycle
- Coaching, guiding and supporting Line Managers with regards to People Policy queries, ensuring a consistent approach and taking into account current case law developments
- Being the first point of contact for Line Managers for People Policy interpretation advice and case management issue resolution
- Ensuring all employee relations cases are managed to a high standard and are closed off within the service level agreement timeframe
- Maintaining data tracking logs for metrics production and compliance reporting
- Designing and implementing employee engagement/wellness and reward programs in line with the People strategy
- Managing employee on-boarding and off-boarding
- Designing and implementing effective recruitment solutions

Skills and Experience;
- Sound HR generalist experience
- Good knowledge of current HR legislation, case law and best practice
- Experience in managing employee relations cases including disciplinary and grievance
- Ability to provide both verbal and written information clearly, succinctly, and persuasively, as well as ability to influence others
- Proven track record of delivery in HR operations and administration
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and of seeing tasks through to completion
- Experience in reviewing and updating Policies and Procedures
- High attention to detail, consistency and accuracy

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
