Responsibilities:

- The treatment of areas affected by the growth of black spot mould
- Carrying out initial treatment using company products
- Occasional removal of wallpaper
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing any damage
- Ensure that paint is applied evenly and smoothly without drips or streaks
- Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective gear while working
- The correct use of PPE in line with company policies

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Familiarity of working in a Social Housing setting advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and an eye for precision
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
