As a Quality Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing documentation and product release information aligned with our new product releases and adhering to trade standard and company specifications.

Ernest Jackson & Co Ltd (part of Mondelēz International) exists to deliver the best tasting healthcare products to consumers and to be the vitamin and medicated confectionary supplier of choice. Our key brands are in food supplements; Bassetts Soft and Chewy Vitamins, OTC and Pharmaceutical ; Potters cough pastilles, Mac Extra, and food; Victory V, Throaties.

You will assist with:

- Documentation reviews to enable batch release in a timely manner to meet packing and customer service requirements according to demand.
- Liase with QC, QA and Customer Service functions to ensure any issues relating to batch release and highlighted and resolved at the earliest opportunity. Escalate to line management where required.
- Collate and report KPIs relating to QC and stability testing.
- Upload documents to the document management database.
- Monitor the review dates of existing documentation to ensure timely review.
- Documentation preparation and reporting relating to the stability testing agenda.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
