We provide our customers with a fast paced service in many high street locations with great tasting quality products including sandwiches, savouries and cakes at excellent value prices.

We are now looking for a Payroll Officer based at our Gower Street site in Farnworth.

Main duties include:

- Process payroll for circa 930 weekly employees and 25 monthly.
- Monitor time and attendance system to make sure it is up to date.
- Calculate SSP/SMP.
- Monthly HMRC reconciliation.
- Process all RTI information EPS/FPS.
- Process starters, leavers, changes.
- Run cost/hours reports for various departments and Ad Hoc reports when requested.
- Deal with internal and external queries (HMRC, DWP, etc.).
- Admin of Auto Enrolment pension weekly/monthly joiners, leavers, then processing the payment file on Aviva portal.
- Tracking holidays.
- Process statutory documents P45’s/P60’s.
- Collating information for audits.
- Update P11d information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Payroll: 3 years (required)
