At Athena Care Group, we specialise in trauma informed, outcome focused care across out 5 homes. Supporting our children and young people to work through their backgrounds and achieve the best possible outcomes to take into adult life and as a Senior Support Worker, you will be the driving force of making this happen.

As a senior support worker with us, you will receive:

- A basic salary of £25,472.52 with earnings up to £28,595.52 with an average of 5 sleep-ins per month.
- £52 a night for sleep-in shifts
- enrolment onto QCF level 4 and 5 Health and Social Care: Children and Young People
- an internal leadership development programme to put your qualifications into practice through workshops with our management team. This includes topics such as building confidence, emotional intelligence, inspiring great performance amongst others
- Bonus and referral schemes - we reward colleagues committed to the role with full attendance by quarterly bonuses awarded of £200: adding a potential £800 to your annual salary.
- 224 hours annual leave allowance with an extra day for your birthday
- Company pension
- A rota working to the needs of the home which enables an average of 14-16 days of rest per month, given in advance so that you can maintain your work/life balance.

**To succeed in the role it is essential that you**:

- Hold QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care (Children and Young People)

**Salary**: £25,472.52-£28,595.52 per year

- Night shift
- Overtime

**Experience**:

- Residential Childcare: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care - Children & Young People (required)
- Driving Licence with 6 points or less (required)
