**Bar Supervisor Duties & Responsibilities**

Ensure all security incidents, accidents and near misses are logged investigated and rectified to prevent future catastrophes

Ensures the work area is ready for service with pre
- and post-service checks completed

Engages in guests’ interaction in a sensitive and appropriate manner

Supervision and direction of bartenders and bar backs

Ensure standardisation and consistent beverage preparation, presentation and quality

Monitor and control bar beverage stocks and ensure efficient use of products

Encourage team work and communication with bartenders and wait staff

assist and direct wait staff when necessary

Classic and new cocktails Must.

**Skills for Bar Supervisor**

Desired skills for include:
WinesExcel, Microsoft WordBeer and liquorExperience ,Guest relations and etiquette PowerPoint Responsible alcohol serviceService standards Menus and beverage menus.

Ability to work casual shifts

Ability to supervise a team

Ensure the consistent delivery of a premium product whilst promoting an energetic culture

Maintain knowledge of industry trends and adapt when necessary

Be creative with new offerings and initiatives to drive business

Assist with training and developing the bar team

**Education for Bar Supervisor**

**Salary**: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Driving Licence (preferred)
