**Your future plans**
- Participation in the planning, organization and coordination of digital, hybrid and face to face events
- Providing support to the event manager in the selection and management of external service providers (e.g. locations, technical or catering contracts)
- Processing of orders and invoices in Epos and SAP, including balancing internal transfers and reconciling credit accounts
- Setting up and operating the invitation management tool (U2D) for large scale events and acting as a point of contact for participant questions
- Providing support on process review and optimization within the department
- On-site support for event clients and guests
- Support for board level members’ attendance at events (hotel, travel and restaurant management)
- Ginco Booking authorisations for executives

**Your powerful skills**
- Commercial apprenticeship in the event management/hotel business/or simlar and relevant professional experience in event organisation
- Organizational skills and client-orientation are your strength
- Experienced taking care of and understanding the needs of top managers and high-ranking public guests paired with a solid knowledge of general etiquette rules
- Ability to find creative solutions for ad-hoc requests and change of plans
- Business fluency in German and English and advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)

**Advantageous, but not a must**
- SAP experience is an advantage
