We are currently seeking a talent individual to join our Engineering Department.

**Role Overview**

**Paint Plant Responsibilities**:

- **Hanging**: Positioning metal components on the track for powder coating
- **Removal**: Detaching coated components from the track
- **Spraying**: Touching up components to ensure cosmetic quality
- **Material Handling**: Preparing correct components for processing
- **Packing**: Preparing finished goods for dispatch using appropriate packaging materials

**Workshop Responsibilities**:

- CNC Tube Bending
- Drilling and Tapping
- Tube and Flatbed Laser Operation
- CNC Press Brake Operation
- Preparing metal for welding

**Welding Opportunities**:

- 8 manual welding bays
- 3 robotic welding stations

**Career Development**

Experience in engineering and/or powder coating would be an advantage.

**Compensation**
- **Permanent General Operative**: £12.60/hour
- **Engineering Roles**: £12.70 - £13.25/hour
- **Welding Roles**: £13.70 - £15.22/hour

All positions are paid weekly via direct bank transfer.

**Working Hours**
- **Monday-Thursday**: 07:00 - 15:45
- **Friday**: 07:00 - 13:00

Total: 40 hours/week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.60-£15.22 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
