**Functional Skills Specialist (Function Skill Tutor)**

**About the role**:
As the Functional Skills Specialist you will work closely with a caseload of Apprentices looking to achieve their Functional Skills in English and Maths Level 1 & 2. You will plan and deliver online virtual sessions to small groups, individual and tailored 1-2-1 support sessions.

This role is well suited for a Functional Skills Tutor

**About you**:

- Previous experience working as a Functional Skills Tutor delivering the learning of Level 1 & 2 in English and Maths
- Achieved your teaching or training qualification such as PTTLS, AET or equivalent
- A strong commitment to continuous professional development (CPD) and evidence of own ongoing CPD.
- Efficient time management & organisational skills
- Knowledge of the Multiply
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, where there is a need to be both creative and pragmatic.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
