**The Position**
- Other responsibilities include:

- Overseeing document control, archiving and records management.
- Supporting Quality Management Reviews (QMR) and GDP/GMP processes.
- Acting as the affiliate ISOtrain training coordinator, ensuring compliance with regulatory training requirements.
- Fostering a strong quality culture through contracts and quality agreements.
- Leading and taking ownership of local quality-related projects.
- It is a hybrid role where 2 days of office presence in our Gatwick office would be expected.

**Qualifications**
- University or equivalent degree
- Fluency in both written and oral English
- Broad knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Experience with GDP Quality and Quality Management Systems
- Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, including GDP activities
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Project management skills and the ability to build a business case and project plans
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
