**Job Description**:

- We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Fixer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and develop skills in the construction industry. The apprentice will work under the guidance of experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge in drywall installation, ceiling fixing and carpentry work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the installation of drywall and plasterboard to walls and ceilings.
- Learn to measure, cut and fit materials to specific dimensions.
- Support the installation of ceiling systems.
- Assist with framing, trimming and finishing carpentry work.
- Learn to repair and replace damaged drywall, ceilings and carpentry elements.
- Follow instructions from experienced tradespeople and adhere to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Interest in pursuing a career in the construction industry.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow directions and learn from feedback.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour.
- Willingness to work away from home, including evenings and some weekends.
