Clinics Team Administrator

The Clinic Team’s main responsibility is to manage our clinic expert panel, consisting of GPs and Orthopaedic Surgeons. They are a key part of the supply chain function and work closely with the other departments to ensure we maintain the biggest best panel for our customers.
**The role of the Administrator will involve**:
- To manage the panel of clinic experts from their clinic allocation to appointment scheduling. This includes 3 months worth of appointments available on the system.
- To review the allocation of clinic appointments across the individuals areas, ensuring we have correct amount split over the month and in line with the forecasted instructions.
- To work in collaboration with the rest of the supply chain function in order to maintain the biggest best panel.
- To ensure we have the correct amount of appointments available in the appropriate weeks in order to achieve service and MedCo guidelines.
- To consolidate clinics when needed in order for Out of hours to send the clinic packs at day 7.
- To ensure any last minute clinic appointment bookings have been sent over to the relevant expert in order for the expert to complete the examination.
