Bd & Marketing Manager (Dispute Resolution)

A leading global law firm requires an exceptional business development and marketing specialist, who is driven, forward-thinking, and enthusiastic, to provide support to the partners and associates of their Dispute Resolution practice in London.
The successful applicant will be welcomed into the practice and sector marketing team, who are a globally diverse and friendly team focused on driving revenue growth, strengthening reputation and nurturing client relationships. The team works closely withlawyers to create, develop and execute BD and marketing initiatives to deliver the firm’s strategy and works with the business to sell the firm’s expertise to clients and generate revenue for the firm. The work is always varied and you will benefit from significantopportunities for learning and growth in a supportive environment. You will be supported by, and work closely with, the wider London Marketing team which includes teams of experts across events, digital marketing, pitch support, external and internal communications.Acting as a deputy to the Senior BD & Marketing Manager, you will work with two advisors and a coordinator to provide support to the Dispute Resolution practice on the development and implementation of BD and Marketing plans, initiatives relating to clienttargeting, product specific business development and internal and external profile raising. With responsibility for one or more global specialism and a sector, it is anticipated the role holder will in due course play a role in coordinating the day-to-dayactivities for the London-based team and assist the Senior BD & Marketing Manager with the global and strategic aspects of their role. Helping to coach and develop other members of the DR team and sharing past experience to drive improvements and assist efficiency,the BD & Marketing Manager's key responsibilities will include ensuring consistency and quality of first draft from end to end across the pitch process, nurturing priority client relationships, managing directory and awards submissions, ensuring all BD andMarketing fundamentals are up-to-date and of a high standard and raising the practice’s external profile through product and market specific campaigns, thought leadership, PR, client and industry events and online presence.
