**Responsibilities**:

- To lead a team of three including labourer and machine op.
- Follow safety protocols when operating machinery and tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and other technical documents.
- Use hand tools and power tools to construct roads, bridges, and other structures.
- Perform manual labour tasks such as digging, grading, and levelling.
- Lay concrete foundations and pavements.
- Install drainage systems and water pipes.

**Salary**: £14.00-£19.50 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Grampian Region: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (required)
- Driving Licence (required)
