At Bridgend Motor Group we have a well-established Training academy which has a proven track record of developing/ training and providing qualification pathways as well as permanent full-time jobs.

Since its creation in 2018 we have successfully provided training, IMI qualifications and full-time jobs to over **60 **trainees and apprentices across our group, covering a variety of trades.

We will provide & pay for internal & external training up to IMI level 6 and to BSI accreditation.

We currently have vacancies for Paint, Panel, Strippers/Fitter Technicians across Ayrshire, including in our brand new Accident Repair Centre in Kilmarnock.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
