**The Brunswick Hotel has a job opportunity for an experienced housekeeper**
**able of attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail.**
**Our goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing within corridors, reception, stairways, elevators as well as guest rooms.**

**Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to the high standards set by the hotel.**

**Notify superiors of any damages, defects and maintenance issues and to check all appliances in rooms are in working order.**

**Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.**

**Checking stock levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate such as tea, coffee, soap etc.**

**Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices and security procedures.**

**Organise your own ork schedule from the room status list, arrivals and departures.**

**Distribute linen, towels and room supplies using wheeled carts or by hand.**

**Replace dirty linen with clean items.**

**Inspect and turn mattresses regularly.**

**Store all dirty laundry in line with company policy.**

**Respond to guest queries and requests.**

**Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills, broken glasses.**

**Deliver any requested housekeeping items to guest rooms.**

**Organise and restock cart at the end of the shift.**

**Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms.**

**Requirements**:
**Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper, preferably within a hotel environment.**

**Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.**

**Customer-oriented and friendly.**

**Prioritisation and time management skills.**

**Working quickly without compromising quality.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Permanent

Pay: From £11.44 per hour
