**Job Title**:Service Advisor
**Location**:Drift Bridge Group - Epsom Audi
**Hours**:08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday, with a requirement to work 1 Saturday Morning every 4 weeks.
**About the Role**:At Epsom Audi, we are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our dynamic and well-established team. You will be the vital link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring that every customer receives top-tier service while their vehicles are in our care. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a prestigious automotive brand and play a key role in maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for managing customer interactions from the initial service booking to the vehicle handover, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process. You’ll work closely with our technical and parts teams to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities to upsell products and services
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Engagement**: Greet customers warmly and professionally, providing clear communication about their vehicle’s service or repair requirements.
- **Service Coordination**: Liaise with the workshop and technicians to ensure the timely and efficient completion of customer jobs, including organising test drives.
- **Upselling**: Suggest additional products, services, or repairs that would benefit the customer, including warranty cover and service plans.
- **Administration**: Create accurate job cards, maintain up-to-date customer records, and prepare invoices for completed work.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with the Aftersales team, including parts and service departments, to coordinate customer bookings and ensure smooth operations.
- **Problem Solving**: Address any issues or concerns that arise, ensuring the best resolution for both the customer and the dealership.
- **Communication**: Keep customers informed of service progress, estimated costs, and timelines, ensuring full transparency.
**About You**:We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will have experience in a similar role within the automotive industry and be confident in handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to build rapport with customers, combined with excellent communication skills, will be crucial to your success in this role.
**Skills and Attributes**:
- **Previous Experience**: Minimum 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, ideally with a premium brand.
- **Technical Understanding**: Familiarity with vehicle service and repair processes, with the ability to explain technical information in an accessible manner to customers.
- **Customer-Focused**: A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience, with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- **Organisational Skills**: Ability to manage bookings, paperwork, and customer communications efficiently, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- **Upselling Ability**: Comfortable offering additional products and services that meet customer needs, such as service plans, warranties, and accessories.
- **IT Proficiency**: Experience using Kerridge, RTC, or similar dealership management software to process bookings, update records, and produce invoices.
- **Driving Licence**: A clean, full UK driving licence is essential for the role.
