Early Help family support team - Support worker

The Early Help family support team is seeking to appoint a dynamic full time (37hours) family support worker.

You will work directly with vulnerable children and their families to promote their welfare and development.

We work in close partnership with other agencies and professionals across Herefordshire to provide a package of support that will address all the families’ needs using the Supporting Families framework.

We will provide you with regular supervision, the opportunity for progressive professional development and the chance to work with a well-established team dedicated and committed to achieving best outcomes for children in Herefordshire.
