They are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Trade Mark Attorney, to help manage the international trade mark portfolios for their clients and to further develop the services they offer to those clients. Some duties in the role include;
- Workingfor a range of client from multinationals to start ups helping them manage, protect, exploit and enforce their trade mark and design rights
- You will be involved in helping develop our strategy to grow the brand protection services they offer to our clients
- A Qualified Trade Mark Attorney, with knowledge of all aspect of trade mark and designportfolio managements; disputes before EU and UKIPO and working with foreign agents
- A forward thinker, with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
- Commerciallyaware with some exposure to business development, with the ability to maintain and nurture strong client relationships
- Able to develop a deep understanding of your client's business needs, and act in the best interest of the firm and the client
