Tout Consulting is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best Customer Service Representatives are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these representatives can gather that information and use it to improve the company’s offerings and services.

**What You’ll Do**
- Handle incoming calls from current and new customers in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Resolve issues for current & potential customers by providing professional advice and information about products services.
- Document information in customer accounts with accuracy, thoroughness, and frequency according to company policies.
- Create quotes & orders for current & future customers using our quote generator or order system.
- Process payments for accounts via our online platform or via phone (preferred). (We will train you on how to use our online platform)

**Skills**:

- Proven customer support experience or experience working with customer service representatives
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

**Salary**: £22,993.00-£24,659.00 per year
