We're a small team who jointly manage the daily tasks of running a busy personalisation business. Attention to detail is key As a team member at MASTERS Creative you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time, and most importantly we strive for 100% customer satisfaction with every order.

We will work in a modern dynamic and collaborative environment set in the countryside on a small business park.

**Customer Support**:

- Assist customers with order inquiries, product information, and general inquiries or issues.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

**Order Packing and Fulfilment**:

- Accurately print, pack, and prepare orders for shipping in a timely manner.
- Ensure orders are packed securely to prevent damage during delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
- Collaborate with Royal Mail & DHL to ensure on-time order dispatch.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Assist with stock management and reporting low stock levels.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborative tasks.
- Assist with tasks as assigned by Manager.

**Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order packing and fulfilment.
- Good understanding of computer skills (We use iMac & Macbooks).
- Reliable and punctual.

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
