**JOB TITLE: Customer Service Adviser**

**LOCATION: Gyle Shopping Centre Edinburgh**

**SHIFT PATTERN: 27.5 hours per week, 9am - 6pm Monday to Saturday and 10am - 6pm on a Sunday working a 4 on 4 off shift rota**

**PAY RATE: £10.82 PER HOUR**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding their expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service.
