Telephone Order Clerk

We are looking for a Telephone Order Clerk/Sales Assistant to join our team. Looking for someone who is hard-working, bubbly, pro-active, a team player and someone who is going to commit themselves to the development and growth of our successful Concrete company.
**Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Book jobs and deliveries onto our specialist system
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide support to managers and colleagues by assisting in the daily office needs of the sales department
**Skills**
- Proven experience as a sales assistant or administrative assistant
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Construction/concrete sales experience is preferred but not essential.
