You will join a team of highly skilled NetApp Engineers, that will happily share their experiences and technicalknow-how to bring you up to speed - as they truly offer a collaborative environment. You don’t need to have all the technical answers, but you do need to be inquisitive and have an interest in upskilling. As they invest in their people and will provide you with a training platform and accreditation opportunities. You will be supporting enterprise-level customers and will be someone that enjoys this interactive as well as the technical challenges that come with it. You will be the main point of contact for these end users and manage the escalation points and communicatefixes in line with company SLAs. **Skills & responsibilities;**: - Basic Network troubleshooting experience - Experience supporting hardware and software - Experience with Windows and Linux Operating systems - Experience troubleshooting and supporting VMware and Azure - Experience in some of the following areas; Storage, Netapp, Nutanix, RedHat, SUSE, Kubernetes, Docker, Rancher, Tanzu - these are technologies you will be exposed to.
