Sales Progressor

**Sales Progressor - Epping - Basic £25,000 OTE £35,000 *NO WEEKENDS**

Our client is a multi-branch Estate Agency with a fantastic reputation in and around the area. They are looking for a tenacious, organised Sales Progressor to join their friendly team. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment whilstalso being 100% dedicated to offering clients an exceptional service. The office has a great feel with two very supportive and down-to-earth Directors making this the perfect environment to be a part of.

**Responsibilities to include**:

- Progressing all agreed sales through to a satisfactory exchange of contracts and subsequent completion
- Liaising with purchasers, vendors, solicitors and other estate agents and delivering a high level of service
- Communicating effectively with the sales team
- Developing client relationships
- Managing client’s expectations and assisting where necessary

**The Package**:

- Basic Salary: £25,000
- On Target Earnings: £35,000
- Mon-Fri 9-6pm - NO WEEKENDS
- Work from home a few days a week
- Part of a fantastic team with very exciting future plans
