Our client an Irish based food company with over 50 years experience serving international markets, restaurants and household foodservice names with prime cuts of meat, on-trend foodservice solutions and ready-for-market convenience foods, currently have vacancies within their Boning Hall for Skilled Operatives.

**This is a fulltime position working Monday to Friday 0700 - finish (minimum 40 hours per week).**

**Main duties will include but not be limited to**:

- Performing Boning, Butchering, Trimming & Finishing tasks
- Completion of tasks in a timely manner to meet daily targets
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within your work area
- Adhere to food safety standards during all stages of food production
- Perform prestart, hygiene and safety checks
- Store and maintain tools and equipment to company standard
- Participate in any training required

**Attributes, Skills and Experience**:

- Competence and experienced in Butchery essential
- Commitment to company values, team relations
- Display a passion for food, and the process of where our food comes from
- Knowledge of food safety practices is desirable
- Comfortable working in a Chilled environment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced food production setting
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Work ethic
- Willingness to learn and develop skills/new skills
- Communicate well across both written and orally

Pay: £12.44-£21.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
