We have an excellent opportunity for a Loans Pricing Analyst to join our Personal Loans function at Hastings Direct.
It's an exciting time for the Personal Loans team, working closely with key stakeholders across the business you will support our ambition to win through relentless price testing and optimisation, rigorous analysis, and implementing new pricing approaches.
We're flexible on location, this can be based fully remote at home or in any of our offices in Bexhill, Leicester or London. As part of the role there will be an expectation to occasionally travel to attend team meetings.
**About the role**:
Working in the Pricing team within the lending business, this is a hands-on role where you will be using multiple data sources and analytical tools to develop and optimise pricing strategies to achieve our new business targets.

**Accountabilities**:_Your remit will include the following:_**
- Develop, monitor and optimise pricing strategies to drive commercial results, balance the composition of the portfolio, and deliver on our financial plans.
- Maintain a robust management information suite, which facilitates effective performance monitoring and identifies threats and opportunities to optimise pricing strategies.
- Provide analysis and inputs for Trading meetings, Committees, Regulatory reporting and other ad-hoc management requests.
- Work with the Credit Risk and Commercial teams on the development of new personal lending products and market expansion, to design suitable pricing strategies.
- Ensure that Loans is meeting customers' fair and reasonable expectations and provide fair outcomes. Question and challenge peers and managers where processes and procedures do not meet these expectations and any activity that does not place customers' interestsat the heart of how we do business.
