Our much-loved products are distributed across the world from our modern Manufacturing and Logistics site where we have an excellent opportunity to join our busy Team as a Junior Logistics Controller. We are looking for people who not only are problem solvers, but they ensure that everything we do enables us to make our customers happy and exceed expectations while working together as one team where hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. The role will initially be based from our current site in Radlett before relocating to our brand new, state-of-the-art Innovation Centre in Aylesbury **Key responsibilities will include**: - Aligning capacity and business needs, to guarantee orders leave on time and in full - Guaranteeing all ongoing internal and external customer requirements are met - Being responsible for smooth processing of all import and export movements - Looking for efficiencies and implementing preventative actions to improve logistics processes and customer satisfaction - Coordinating the team to ensure high quality standards of deliverables, meeting deadlines and minimising wastage - Have previous experience in a similar office-based role - Have excellent PC literacy skills - Be able to plan ahead and work in a systematic and organised way - Have interpersonal skills need - be able to communicate effectively and confidently on the phone and in person - both internally and externally **About us** We believe that our People make Medik8 who we are.
