The Software Delivery Manager is the ultimate responsible for the Product Development and acts as the main point of contact for the Head of Product, with regards to ensuring the maximum quality, speed, and productivity of the Product Development effort.The Software Delivery Manager directly leads the Product Delivery phase and supports the Head of Product, who leads the Discovery Phase.
More specifically, the Software Delivery Manager responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Head of Product in the development of the Product Roadmap, including high-level estimates of time and budget, and being responsible for its achievement.
- Managing the information flow in Product Board, including all different reports which are used on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Maintaining a weekly updated delivery schedule in ProductBoard, in coordination with the Product Owners and delivery teams.
- Signing off all PRDs developed by Product Owners.
- Supervising the hand-over for each PRD which is transferred from the PO to the Delivery team.
- Validating the estimates of effort and schedule from the Supplier, for each PRD which is sized into a new SoW.
- Coaching and supporting Product Owners in the development of efficient and effective PRDs, including designing and delivering training sessions when appropriate.
- Setting and maintaining a control system for Delivery KPIs.
- Reporting to Head of Product on the Delivery status on a weekly basis, including identifying bottleneck which may cause a delay in the road-map and pro-actively proposing and implementing solutions to ensure the road-map is met.
- Attending all sprint meetings required.
- Monitoring delivery KPIs (productivity, Quality) on a weekly basis.
- Issuing SoW/PO for the delivery supplier.
- Signing off the proposed design increments from Delivery teams.
- Signing off the final acceptance of the deployed code.
- Ensuring the necessary level of integration across multiple delivery teams (insourced and outsourced).
- Product Development process.
The SiA Platform is being developed following agile principles, hence breaking down the full product in small increments. The process, for each increment, is divided into two distinct phases: Discovery and Delivery.
