**Who we are looking for**:

A confident IT professional with a strong technical background in 2nd and 3rd line support and experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a school environment.You’ll be approachable, patient, and able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users, with a calm and professional manner when supporting both staff and students.-
