**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create high-quality 3D models, textures, animations, and visual effects for our games, ensuring they align with the artistic vision and technical requirements.
- Work closely with game designers, artists, and developers to conceptualise and visualise game elements, characters, environments, and props.
- Optimise 3D assets for performance and memory usage without compromising visual quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game designers, developers, and other artists, to ensure cohesive and visually stunning game experiences.
- Develop prototypes and mock-ups to explore new ideas and refine game concepts.
- Review and provide feedback on the work of other artists to ensure high standards are met.
- Maintain and update asset libraries and documentation to support efficient production workflows.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate into game design and development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a 3D Designer or 3D Artist, preferably in the iGaming or gaming industry.
- Proficiency in 3D modelling, texturing, animation, and rendering software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter).
- Strong artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail, color, composition, and form.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of 3D design work, including characters, environments, and props.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A degree in 3D Design, Game Art, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
