We are recruiting for a part time Home Care Assistant (14 hrs a week) to work in partnership with our Live in Carer to support our client in Dunfermline.

In this role, you’ll be supporting one client with their daily routine, helping them live as independently as possible, and making a real difference in their life. You’ll work 5 days out of 7, with flexibility on which days you work.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s new to care and looking to start a rewarding career in the sector, full training and support will be provided.

**What you’ll be doing as a Home Care Assistant**:
You will assist one client in their home for 2-3 hours per day. You will be supporting the client to live as independently as possible while also providing general support to the main live-in carer, who will take a break during your shift.
- Preparing meals from scratch
- There maybe support with personal care
- Support clients in pursuing their interests and hobbies
- Create impactful relationships

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a meaningful and lasting relationship with one client, based in one location. It’s a great chance to deliver high-quality care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
