**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating
- Perform minor repairs to buildings, fixtures, and fittings as needed.
- Inspect properties regularly to identify issues and perform preventative maintenance.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
- Ensure all work areas are safe, clean, and comply with health and safety standards.
- Liaise with the maintenance team and external contractors for larger repairs or installations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a maintenance role.
- Basic skills in plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
