Lead Java Developer

A growing and well-recognised Fintech based out of London and Europe are recruiting for a Lead Java Developer, to work on their renowned & innovative product, which has enabled them to be awarded ‘One of Europe’s most recognised plug-and-play Fintechs’.
With a Leadership team that has worked in the industry for many years cross-borders, they are well placed to succeed and to become a major player in the payments industry. In just 3 years they have grown to 100 heads and this will continue to grow.
The Lead Java Developer will be responsible for both technical and team leadership in a 50/50 split. You’ll be working in a modern engineering environment, utilising Agile, Pair Programming, CI/CD, DevOps and many other modern principles. You’ll be heavilyfocused on microservices, cloud based and distributed systems.
Experience required:
- Java 11+.
- Spring framework.
- Microservices.
- Kafka and/or RabbitMQ.
- SQL. (Mongo would be highly advantageous).
- One cloud based platform.
- Docker would be a big plus.
