A full-time, permanent vacancy has become available at Pymroyd Services Ltd due to expansion. Do you feel you have the right attitude and experience to hit the ground running?

**Who we are?**

We are a small company, growing quickly due to our high quality work and service. We offer both cleaning and facilities management to nearly 2000 properties around the country.

Due to expansion (again) we are looking to fill yet another space in our team.

**Personal Requirements**

A hard-working, honest, dependable, self-motivated person is required for a cleaning operative role at Pymroyd Services Ltd.

A customer focused, professional, and polite manner is required at all times.

A full driving license is required, preferably clean. However, minor points will be considered.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Cleaning**

Cleaning duties will include the following:

- To clean designated areas of the buildings to the highest possible standards.
- Mopping of hard floor surfaces.
- Vacuuming carpeted areas.
- Wiping, polishing, dusting of designated areas.
- Ensuring communal bin areas are clean and tidy.
- Cleaning of internal glass, internal and external door glass.
- Cleaning of external windows as necessary through specific window cleaning jobs.
- End of tenancy cleans

**General duties will include the following**:

- Driving to various buildings in a safe and responsible manner.
- Performing general cleaning and maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing door locks, fixing radiators.
- To end of tenancy cleans as and when needed.
- To ensure equipment is maintained regularly.

**Compliance Checks**

Duties will include the following:

- To ensure that the buildings remain safe, secure and compliant at all times.
- To carry out weekly fire alarm testing and record.
- To carry out weekly emergency light testing and record.
- To complete visual inspections of, but not limited to, doors, door access and security, lights and light switches, CCTV, fire escapes, lifts.
- To complete monthly meter readings for flats and landlord supplies.

**Hours of work**

**Monday - Friday - 6:30am - 3:30pm**

**Hours may change slightly on occasions to suit specific jobs.**
