You must have digital marketing and design experience and you will be innovative, passionate about all areas of marketing, hands on and ready to get stuck in. Your role at this organisation will include:
**Typically, day to day duties will include the following**:

- Update design and manage content for the Absolute Taste websites
- Working with internal teams to design menus for events and fixed sites
- Support with Social Media content for our Digital Marketing Manager
- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations
- Managing the production of Communication & Marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers and newsletters
- Writing and proofreading copy
- Liaising with third party designers and printers
- Organising photo shoots
- Arranging the effective distribution of Communication & marketing materials
- Organising and attending internal and external events
- Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
- Contributing to, and developing, communication & marketing plans and strategies
- Evaluating Communications & Marketing campaigns
- Monitoring competitor activity
- Supporting the Senior Executive Officer and Head of Brand & Communications and other colleagues

**Essential requirements for a Marketing Executive**:

- At least 1-year experience within a Marketing environment
- Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
- Customer focused and solutions driven
- Good knowledge of SEO keywords to aid in design decisions
- Professional and courteous manner to all contacts (internal and external)
- Understanding and ability to work with confidential information

**The Role**:

- Based at our state-of-the-art headquarters in Bicester, Oxfordshire (office-based only)
- Monday - Friday (weekend work may be required during event season by prior agreement)
