We have a part time Shack Assistant role in our Wilmslow Shack, creating an amazing customer experience for all our Loaf visitors. The job: - Ensure tiptop product knowledge and understanding of our brand at all times - Consistently provide helpful and informed service with confidence and clarity - Process orders on our systems, providing delivery, 'will it fit' and lead time advice - Recommending "up-sell" products - Maintaining the Loaf brand in the Shack to the highest standard by following the Shack Retail Guidelines - Carry out housekeeping tasks in line with Loaf's standards both on and off the shop floor - Help to maintain a safe and healthy work environment - Be passionate about the Loaf brand and our products We're looking for... - Previous experience in customer facing roles - The ability to work independently and to take responsibility and be accountable for your actions - Excellent attention to detail - Confidence and common sense - A great team player with the ability to promote and help build a positive work environment - Flexibility and availability to work at other showroom locations during our Monday to Sunday opening hours What we offer: Benefits include: - 33 days holiday, increasing by 1 day each year for 3 years - Enhanced family leave policy - Staff and friends and family discount scheme - Healthcare cash plan - EAP programme - Shopping discounts - Cycle to work scheme - Half a day for Christmas shopping - Death in service - 4 times annual salary What's it like working at Loaf?
