**The Role**

As a Senior Negotiator you will be a key member of the team, joining a well established brand with a strong local reputation. You will be expected to work collaboratively and fully integrate with the lettings team and support functions within the businessand help build on the existing success. Duties will include;
- Conduct viewings and negotiate tenancies with landlords and tenants
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships new and existing landlords
- Focus on continued growth of market share across patch and champion to the brand with
- Regularly feedback with a consultative approach to landlords
- Provide ongoing support to Lettings Manager
- Offer guidance and assistance to negotiators in the office
- Ensure compliance and administration is up to date

**The Rewards**
- OTE £65-£75k
- Car allowance £4800
- Hours 8.30am - 6pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays
- 25 days holiday
- Day off for birthday
- ½ day wellness per month
