**Senior Site Manager - Private Residential Developer - Cambridgeshire**

**£80,000 + Package**

We are currently working with a leading 5-star housebuilder in the UK, who have experienced a period of growth and expansion, having set up a new division in Cambridgeshire. They are now looking to add a Senior Site Manager to their Build team. The companyis proud of their culture and are keen to hire a likeminded individual, you may already be doing a similar role or looking to take the next step in your career.

**About the Role**

Responsibilities include:

- Ensuring all directly employed personnel work within the required standards and procedures on site.
- Ensuring all sub-contractors work within the required standards and adhere to general Company Policies.
- Ensuring that procedures and controls laid down by the Company are fully implemented by all site personnel.
- Delivering all aspects of production requirements. Ensuring this is in accordance with relevant technical and planning documentation.
- Assisting the Project Manager with the preparation of weekly construction update packs. These are to include marked up programmes, labour projections, weekly site team meeting minutes and a copy of the weekly safety returns.
- Ensuring cost effective production.
- Delivering new units on the project
- Overseeing subcontractors and coordinating several stakeholders including the H&S team, direct employees, local community organisations and suppliers.
- Complying with the Company’s Customer Satisfaction Policy and Procedures.
