**_Support Worker/Complex Care worker with immediate start (Castle Donington ) _**

**Pay** : Up to £17 per hour
Paid weekly with accrual of holiday pay.

**Hours**:
Mon - Fri: 07.15hrs - 08.45hrs and 17.00hrs - 20.00hrs

Sat & Sun and school holidays: 09.30hrs - 20.00hrs

Our client is 21 years old with cerebral palsy. He lives in his adapted home with his family who provide a warm welcome to all. This young man needs a team to get him up and ready of a morning to go to college and on his days off he loves to go out and about with his team of care workers to have a fun and fulfilled life, of an evening he likes nothing more than to relax with a sensory bath followed by watching his favourite program or dvd. He loves to reward those familiar to him with a big smile.

**Your role will include**:

- Administering medication and feeds via Mic-Key button gastrostomy
- Oral Suction
- Chest physio
- Assisting with activities of daily living, domestic duties and personal care
- Documenting care notes

**We’re looking for**:

- Male or Female individuals

with 6 months’ paid experience in complex care such as a care assistant, domiciliary carer, personal healthcare assistant, care worker or similar.
- Excellent communication skills
- Fun loving and active individuals
- A full driver’s licence is required as driving mobility vehicle will be essential
- Good professional and personal references

Refer a Friend; currently paid at £150 for both the referrer and the friend following completion of 100 hours of paid work.
