HMPasties produce a range of artisan pies and pasties, all handmade in their bakery in Bolton.

HMPasties is a social business, created to provide opportunities for people with criminal convictions, although you do not need a conviction to apply. Approximately 40% of the people who work at HMPasties have a criminal conviction.

**Job Title: Food Production Supervisor (Evening 4pm-10pm)**

**Purpose of the position - **To run the kitchen, in line with organisations purpose and values. This will include producing high quality pies and pasties, meeting production targets. Responsible for overseeing food safety processes and compliance.

**You will have**:

- Minimum level 3 food hygiene certificate or equivalent
- Level 2 HACCP
- Experience of running a busy food production operation
- A commitment to quality
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding organisational skills
- A can-do attitude & be prepared to takes a hands on approach to problem solving when needed
- Be committed to supporting people with an offending history
- A non-judgemental attitude

**Desirable**:Driving License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
