**Position Details**
- Role Type: Part-time, Permanent
- Hours: 12 - 22.5 hours per week
- Rate of Pay: Minimum Wage

**Working Hours**
- Monday through Thursday
- Two shift patterns available:

- Mon, Tue & Wed: 2:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Tue & Thurs: 9:30 PM - 2:00 PM
- Additional hours and overtime opportunities available

- Maintaining stock levels

- Ability to communicate with all ages at a high level, be a team player, and develop and maintain internal and external relationships

**Core Responsibilities**
- Delivering exceptional client experiences at every touchpoint
- Managing practitioner schedules and appointment coordination
- Processing payments and handling financial transactions
- Addressing client inquiries with expertise and care
- Supporting the chiropractor
- Contributing to team meetings
- Maintaining smooth clinic operations
- Participating in ongoing professional development
- Collaborating effectively within the team
- To attend educational conferences and workshops when required to do so
- To undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job
