Customer Service Administrator

Hours of work are full time Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.00pm.
Duties of the role include:
- Answering the telephone in a professional manner
- Processing orders in a timely manner
- Dealing with customer queries
- Communicating with clients and amending orders
- Offering alternative products if necessary
- Invoicing clients
- Operating the company in house order system
Essential Experience:
- The ability to take ownership and complete tasks from start to finish
- Polite and courteous
- Professional attitude to work
- Excellent timekeeper
- Reliable and diligent
- Sound numerical and literacy knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience of working with microsoft office packages would be advantageous
- A background of strong customer service is preferable
