**Insight Telephone Agent (Customer Research)**

**Location: Newcastle City Centre (Office Based)**

**Salary - £12.00 per hour / £23,400 Pro Rata (based on 37.5 hours)**

**Guaranteed Hours Contracts**

**16 to 25 hours per week**

Flexible shifts between - Monday to Thursday (10am-8pm), Friday, Saturday (9am-4pm). NB - Applicants must be able to work a Monday and a Thursday evening (up to 8pm).

**The Role**

You will work on a range of interesting projects and key responsibilities are (not exhaustive):

- Undertaking research-based telephone interviews to a range of respondents on behalf of our clients through the completion of scripted questionnaires.
- Recording all respondent comments on the computer ensuring accurate reflection of discussion.
- Ensuring contact with respondents is professional and upholds Explain core brand values.

**What we require from you**

Whether you are seeking a new challenge, starting your career or even have research experience - we will provide you with the necessary training and guidance
- Previous experience in customer service within a call centre is preferred, however, transferable skillsets within an applicable customer service environment are equally valued e.g., retail, hospitality or leisure
- Excellent communication and listening skills over the telephone
- Self-motivated, target driven and passionate about gather meaningful insights.
- Organised with competent computer and typing skills.
- Flexible, adaptable with the ability to respond to change to meet targets
