**About the role**

As part of our dynamic and flexible SMT team you will undertake the following:

- Kitting and setting up production lines
- Programming and operation of SMT equipment
- Capturing and logging of fault data
- Inspection and rework of PCB's to IPC-610
- Maintaining equipment
- Share ideas and for opportunities to drive continuous improvement

**About you**

We are looking for either someone with experience within an electronics manufacturing environment or someone who has the basic skillset to undertake training to reach the level desired. Salary will depend on experience.

**Qualifications**
- GCSE or equivalent

**Hours of work & rewards**

The role is Mon-Thurs 6am-2:30pm and Fri 6am-11:30am. The role is shift based and a shift premium is included in the salary. There may be occasions when a rotating shift pattern is required.
