**Wanted: Food and Beverage Operations Manager**
This is an awesome full time and permanent senior management opportunity based in a fantastic award-winning hotel venue.
As **Food and Beverage Operations Manager **you will receive a basic annual salary ranging from **£38,000 to £42,000**.
Additional gratuities are also available which add an **extra £3,000** on top of your basic salary.
This permanent position is contracted to 40 hours per week and will require evenings and weekends as and when required.

In this Senior Management role, you will mainly oversee the food and beverage operation of award-winning restaurant venues, bars, lounges, conference, and banqueting spaces within the hotel.
Using your current experience and transferable skills to lead a large team of department managers, and the operational requirements of the hotel. Liaising with the General Manager and Executive Chef.
**Key Responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Operations Manager**:
- Mentoring and supporting department heads.
- Motivating a large team of professionals.
- Communicating with the restaurant, kitchen, and other departments to ensure standards are met.
- Well organised and excellent communicator.
- Knowledge of stock taking and financial awareness.
- A team player who is emotionally robust and resilient, with a confident personality.
- Carry out duty management shifts as and when required.
Your potential new hotel venue is in a beautiful patch of West Sussex and has established itself as an award-winning hotel and restaurant brand, offering a wide range of guest services.
Not only will you need to be working or have recently worked as a head of department within a food and beverage department or similar role.
You must have managed large hotel and restaurant teams within the hospitality sector.
The need to excel in high-end customer service and guest satisfaction is an essential requirement, as you need to maintain standards, and deliver on guest expectations.
It is also essential that you possess a 'can do' attitude, attention to detail and be able to use your own initiative. Leading and motivating different teams.

**Essential Requirements**:
- Must have a valid UK passport or ID.
- Must be eligible for work in the UK.
- Must have settled status if required.
- Must be able to pass employment references and background checks once job offer made.
- Must be able to get to hotel venue and attend a face-to-face interview.
- You will need your own car or transport to get to the hotel location, (no viable public transport links).
