Head Bartender

**The Last Melon is looking for an experienced head Bartender**

The Last Melon is Worthing's newest Spot, serving our twist on Lunch & Breakfast items during the day, and in the evening transitioning into a Cocktail Karaoke bar, serving signature & classic cocktails accompanied by seasonal small plates.

We are looking for a Vibrant & Organised experienced bartender to join our team here at The Last Melon.

As a Head Bartender, you will be required to support the day-to-day running of the bar by ensuring a creative service is provided to all. You will be required to maintain the bar, making sure it's clean and presentable at all times.

A genuine interest in growing your beverage knowledge is essential along with a passion for keeping up with current trends, along with the knowledge of classic cocktails and skills in mixing modern twists.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
